VILLAGE ENGAGE’S ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM

Each year, Village Engage hosts a Faith and Justice Forum to gather people from all over our community, highlight issues facing many of us, and offer solutions so that more of our neighbors can flourish.

In 2024, our country experienced a highly contentious and disruptive presidential election season. In addition to the political and social stresses experienced, our region was hit by the devastation of Hurricane Helene.

The Village Engage team decided that people in our community would be best served by having time to unite, listen to one another, and feel encouraged by thought-provoking music and poetry.

On October 16, 2024, we did just that at our Forum called Finding Common Ground. Our anthology, Finding Common Ground: Leaning In to Listen, documents the event through poetry, art and photography. Get your copy today!
